THE OLD WAYS (Feature Documentary, 2027)

The Old Ways follows explorer and cultural documentarian Jeff Fuchs as he retraces ancient Himalayan trade routes in Nepal, paths he first walked twenty years ago. As modernization and new roads reshape these remote regions, the film documents some of the last remaining traders and elders who live by the land and move with the seasons. In remote regions of Mustang and the lesser-traveled Dolpo, the film unfolds as both a physical journey and a meditation on impermanence, reminding us that all cultures and ways of life are vital threads in the human story.
